| New York | Within 1 month | There are 5 separate documents to sign up in NY: escrow account form (when submitting this form, please send a $200.00 check), Memo of Understanding, Application for Electronic Lien Transfer Program, NY ELT Manual and the NY White Pages. NY also requests your Lien Filing Code. If you have a code already, please make sure it is present on your application. If you do NOT have a code, please send a letter on your company’s letterhead indicating that you would like to be assigned a Lien Filing Code in the state of NY. In NY, they allow you to file your liens electronically as well as to receive electronic titles, and the filing fees come out of this escrow account directly. The application materials must be mailed directly to the state of NY by the lender. To sign up for the PA ELT program you must access the MV-37 online at http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/pdotforms/mv_forms/mv-37.pdf. | Texas | Quarterly | Complete TX Intake Form and TX ELT Service Level Agreement. Please fill out and return the TX Intake form application in excel format and return in excel format via email. The state of TX will not accept The TX intake form as a scanned form, PDF, or faxed document - only as an attached excel document.
